Nada Šargin

BA in acting from the Arts Academy in Novi Sad. Member of the National Theatre in Belgrade.

Her first part in the Yugoslav Drama Theatre was that of a man – Filbert De Croisy (Moliere – Another Life), then followed the roles of Olga (The Terrace) and Natasha (The Lower Depths), Charlotta (The Cherry Orchard), Buttonhole (alternation, Tracks), in Metamorphoses. She has worked with the Serbian National Theatre, Youth Theatre, Joakim Vujić Theatre, Atelje 212, Theatre City Budva.

Recipient of two Sterijino Pozorje Awards and two YDT annual awards.

Nada has also appeared in TV series The Storks Shall Return as well as in feature films The Woman with a Broken Nose, How I Was Stolen by the Germans, Practical Guide to Belgrade with Singing and Crying…
